Houston, TX (April 21, 2010) - Infrastruct Security, Inc., a Texas-based full service security solutions provider, announces new name, Dowley Security Systems, Inc. Dowley Systems was a leading security integrator in the Oklahoma and Arizona area for 20 years. After the merger with Infrastruct, the Dowley brand was phased out of the security market. "The commitment and passion of our people created a brand name that has endured. Even after the change to Infrastruct, the culture and the feel of the Dowley office remained strong. The brand was strong enough to maintain its integrity and value even through Infrastruct's most challenging periods," says James Brown, Chief Executive Officer.

The name change will be take effect April 21, 2010. The rebranding efforts as well as other activities focused on revitalizing the company have been made possible through $5.2M in new financing from investors Murphree Venture Partners, Louisiana Fund, Kestrel Capital as well as new investors that have been brought on board.
