Mark Davis

President & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Davis is a proven and effective leader with over 20 years experience in the communications industry. Davis specializes in comprehensive, integrated network infrastructure solutions, including voice, video, and data; wireless network installations; and electronic security systems. Additionally, Mr. Davis serves on the Board of Directors for the Dowley organization.

Monette Stephens

Controller

Monette, who graduated from the University of West Alabama with a BS in Accounting and Business Administration, has spent the past 25 years in a range of financial management roles. As a very proactive, innovative, and results-oriented professional, Monette is experienced in all aspects of operational analysis and financial reporting. Known as a strong leader who fosters a team-building work environment, Monette also holds both Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) designations

Mike Johnson

Vice President of Sales

Mr. Johnson has over 20 years of direct sales and sales leadership experience in the security industry. A seasoned veteran, Mike focuses on developing Dowley’s sales team and leading their efforts to achieve Dowley’s aggressive revenue growth targets.

Ryan Scott

Operations Manager

Ryan joined Dowley in 2015 and is currently responsible for all field operations, including project implementation, technician hiring, training and development, service deployment, and overall customer service.
