We have an amazing team that oversees the business progress. They have years of experience in business growth and protection.
Mr. Davis is a proven and effective leader with over 20 years experience in the communications industry. Davis specializes in comprehensive and integrated network infrastructure solutions such as voice, video and data; wireless networks installations; and electronic security systems. Additionally, Mr. Davis serves on the Board of Directors for the Dowley organization.
Monette, having graduated from the University of West Alabama with a BS in Accounting and Business Administration, has spent the last 25 years in varying financial management roles. As a very pro-active, innovative and results oriented professional, Monette is experienced in all aspects of operational analysis and financial reporting. Known as a strong leader that fosters a team building work environment, Monette also holds both Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) designations.
Mr. Johnson has over 20 years of direct sales and sales leadership experience in the security industry. A seasoned veteran, Mike is focused on the development of Dowley’s sales team and leading their efforts towards achieving Dowley’s aggressive revenue growth targets.
Ryan joined Dowley's operations team in 2005 as a security technician. During his tenure at Dowley, he has grown and assumed additional responsibility in both the operations and service divisions. Ryan is currently responsible for all field operations, including project implementation, technical hiring, training and development, service deployment, and overall customer service. Committed to excellence, he strives to ensure Dowley operations and service divisions are second to none.
